Core-1 is in active prototype development; fabrication hasn't started and no machines are in the field yet. If you're evaluating timing, the honest answer is: not yet. Leave your details and we'll reach out when the first units are ready to ship.

We don't have a confirmed ship date to share publicly. Development is ongoing. Operators who join the pilot list get notified first and are first in line for the initial build slot allocation.

Vendors Center is building Core-1. We're a small team focused on building hardware for independent operators — machines you own outright, repair yourself, and move when you need to. No VC-funded distribution empire, no locked ecosystem.

Core-1 is a standalone machine with its own slot configuration (24–32 slots per unit), not a retrofit kit for existing hardware. If you're replacing a machine, Core-1 takes its own floor space; it doesn't snap into another machine's cabinet.

The hardware price is $8,200 per unit, which includes the pre-installed MDB cashless reader, SIM7080G cellular modem, per-slot ToF inventory sensing, plug-and-play setup, and shipping. Service memberships — Biweekly ($500/yr) or Weekly ($2,500/yr) — are optional at delivery. Financing and payment-plan options are available; contact us to discuss.

Hardware is covered against manufacturing defects. Per-shelf controller boards and motors are field-replaceable and sold direct at modest margin — a worn part is a service part, not a repair queue. The dispense path runs locally on the head unit, so one shelf going down does not take the machine offline.

Not yet — there are no machines in the field and no current operators to connect you with. We won't fabricate that. When the pilot units ship, we'll introduce interested prospects to pilot operators. In the meantime, the spec sheet at core-1-spec has the full technical reference.
